The DPRK armed forces intend to strictly control and deal with all threats to its security and interests by utilizing more offensive and overwhelming counter capabilities and through military actions of strategic deterrence, the CTAC reported. This was reported by the Defense Ministry of the republic.
The ministry added that the US is raising tensions, including having in mind the visit of Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin to Seoul this week.
Earlier it was reported that friendly relations between Russia and North Korea will be strengthened.
