Sanctions relate to nine people, four of them are associated with poisoning in Salisbury, including Boshirov and Petrov. Five more people on the sanctions list were punished for chemical attacks in Syria.
Some states proposed expanding this list to include people responsible for the incident with Alexei Navalny.
The meeting participants made the decision to extend the sanctions without discussing.
