The works will cover several large facilities, including the Teply Stan, Luzhniki and Yartsevsky collectors. The modernization will include reinforcement of building structures, restoration of waterproofing, replacement of technological and cable steel structures. Fire alarm and gas-air control systems will also be upgraded if necessary.

The peculiarity of the capital's collector system is the possibility to carry out repairs without opening the ground, which allows to preserve the urban landscape. According to Biryukov, Moscow has a unique network of underground communications, the length of which reaches 819 kilometers, which has no analogues in Russia and the world.

Earlier in Moscow opened the first charging hub for electric cars “Yuzhny”. Also, the reconstruction of Begovaya station will be completed in 2026.
