The investigation found that the accused concluded fictitious labor contracts with 1,828 migrants.
The woman did this on behalf of a commercial organization. Investigators believe that in 2022-2024, she “together with other persons” concluded fictitious labor contracts, as well as contracts for rent with more than 1.8 thousand foreigners.
“At the same time labor activity in this firm foreigners did not carry out and at the addresses of registration did not live”, - reported in the IC, reports ‘BUSINESS Online’.
The investigation will demand the detention of the accused. It is known that earlier the woman has already been brought to criminal responsibility. As part of the investigation will give a legal assessment of the actions of those responsible for verifying the authenticity of the information provided for registration of foreign citizens, the agency said.
