Tourists from St. Petersburg can look forward to a welcome innovation: direct flights to Casablanca, Morocco. Plans to launch these flights were officially confirmed by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita. The official noted that weekly flights between Casablanca and Moscow have already proven to be a positive factor for tourism.
A logical continuation of this strategy will be the launch of a route to St. Petersburg, which will support the progressive development of the entire tourism sector between Russia and Morocco, according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
It was previously reported that the route presentation event took place at a Rosneft gas station in Pyatigorsk. Furthermore, the number of bookings for tours to China increased by 20% a month after the introduction of the visa-free regime.
