According to the press service, one passenger can take one container with a pet on the plane. It can be placed only by the porthole, so that the animal is not close to other passengers. The container must comply with the rules and have a handle or loop with which to secure it.
It will be possible to use the new service on Aeroflot and its subsidiary Rossiya flights. Such transportation of pets was tested during the previous three months, during which more than 900 pets were able to fly next to their owners. Not a single pet was injured during this time.
