The occupancy of Sochi's room stock from July to September 2025 has reached 73%. If we talk about the end of July and August, which will be the peak of the tourist season, the Sochi administration expects that 95% of the room stock will be occupied.
Also in the mayor's office said that now in Sochi rests 175 thousand tourists. The average load of hotels and other accommodation facilities is 84%.
If we talk about the tourist flow since the beginning of the year, Sochi was visited by 3.5 million vacationers, which is 3% more than in the same period of the previous year.
