Vladimir Oblast authorities have created an operational headquarters to combat drone attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

A task force has been established in the Vladimir region to combat Ukrainian Armed Forces drones.

The regional governor announced this on social media. The new authority began its work by issuing a ban on approaching the facility hit by drones.

Vladimir Region Governor Alexander Avdeyev announced the creation of an emergency response center on his Telegram channel. The decision to establish it was made after another nighttime drone strike on the region by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The center's first decision was to ban entry into the area adjacent to the facility attacked by the drones.

The official also reported that no infrastructure was damaged in the attack. There are no reports of injuries or damage. Avdeyev stated that emergency services have been dispatched to the drone crash site. In light of the attacks on critical infrastructure near the regional center, the governor urged citizens to exercise caution and not ignore the danger posed by drones.

Roskomnadzor believes that personal consent for the processing of personal data is outdated and should be abandoned.

Starting November 3, a ban on electric cars crossing the Crimean Bridge will take effect.
