In Moscow, a pensioner filed a lawsuit to reclaim an apartment she personally sold six years ago.
The 65-year-old Muscovite stated that she was in a state of disarray and didn't understand what she was doing when the 45-square-meter apartment in the Zyuzino district was stolen.
According to Mash, the woman received 5 million rubles for the property. Her neighbor bought the apartment. After the transaction was completed and the money was transferred, the man immediately moved in and began renovating the apartment.
However, in 2022, the pensioner filed a lawsuit against the buyer. As a result, the court ruled that the apartment should be returned to her.
The family plans to appeal the court's decision. It is known that the woman has repeatedly reclaimed her apartment in this manner. However, the court has always ruled in her favor, as she has a certificate confirming her diagnosis.
