In March, former Alfa Bank top manager Alexander Galitsky officially dissolved his marriage to Aliya Galitskaya. The court ordered that their two children remain with their mother.
However, in late May, Galitsky took the children from school and took them to an unknown location. It was later established that the children were living with their father in Switzerland, but Galitskaya was unable to retrieve them.
As a result, she filed a lawsuit for property division. Moscow's Presnensky Court accepted the lawsuit and seized Galitsky's property worth 435 million rubles. Specifically, the seizure included an apartment on Patriarch's Ponds and two parking spaces there, a country cottage, and another apartment in the Turgenev clubhouse, along with a parking space.
Meanwhile, Galitsky also filed a lawsuit seeking child support from his ex-wife.
In his statement, he stated that the children were very attached to each other. Galitsky also specified the alimony amount: a third of his ex-wife's income monthly until his eldest daughter turns 18. Subsequently, a quarter of his income will be allocated for the support of his youngest daughter.
