The press service of the State Assembly - Kurultai of Bashkiria reported that the State Duma had passed through the final reading of a bill which would amend the Tax Code of the Russian Federation by extending benefits for the payment of state duties. Now the registration at the notary of a gift between close relatives will be twice cheaper.
Close relatives include mother and father, children, grandfathers, grandmothers, grandchildren, as well as brothers and sisters, even if they have only one common parent. This bill was drafted by Sardana Avksentyeva, a State Duma deputy from the New People party, as well as the parliament of Bashkiria.
