The claim for recovery of 2 million rubles from the People's Artist of the Russian Federation Philip Kirkorov was filed by the Russian Copyright Society in the Arbitration Court of Moscow, according to information in the court database. At the moment, the details of the claims of the RCS to the artist are not disclosed, as the case has not yet been accepted for consideration.
Also on December 28, RCS filed two lawsuits in Moscow arbitration. One of them is aimed at recovering 537,000 rubles from the nightclub "Mutabor". The reason for the claim was the party held in December, at which Anastasia Ivleeva organized an "almost naked" party.
