Snow in the European part of Russia will begin to melt in April. This was reported to URA.RU by the scientific head of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Wilfand.
The forecaster reminded that March is a winter month for this part of the country. The meteorologist reminded that the weather there is closer to spring but it's not spring yet. In the Urals it is still far away from the melting of the snow cover.
Wilfand said that the snow in the center of the European part of Russia will melt in early April, and in the Urals even later.
Previously, the forecaster said that in Moscow the spring warming will not come until the end of March.
