There explained that the recovery of expenses on the spouse is also legitimate, because the tour was bought for a joint trip, and his refusal of it is associated with the impossibility of realizing the main purpose of the trip (celebration of March 8). Without his wife, there was no point in going. In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is obliged to compensate the cost of the burned trip in the amount of 206 thousand rubles, as well as 20 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage.
