Liaisan Utyasheva shared footage of her walk in Volgograd with her daughter. The famous athlete chose a snow-white suit for the walk, consisting of a jacket and pants, and her daughter was in black shorts and a white T-shirt. In accordance with its privacy policy, the girl's face remained hidden from the eyes of followers on social networks.

Recall that Liaisan Utyasheva and Pavel Volya tied themselves in marriage in 2012. The marriage proposal from the famous comedian caught the athlete by surprise right in the kitchen while cooking dinner. According to the TV presenter, she was busy peeling potatoes and in no way expected such an important moment.

In 2013, the family had a son Robert, and in 2015 Utyasheva became a mom for the second time, giving birth to a daughter Sofia. The athlete explains her dislike of publishing photos of children by the fact that they themselves do not approve of it.

In September 2024, Utyasheva revealed the secrets of maintaining her excellent physical shape. According to her, the key to success is a combination of regular exercise and a balanced diet.

Liaisan starts her day at 6 a.m. with exercise, trying to involve her children in this useful activity. Her training complex includes roller skating, jumping rope and performing several basic exercises. At the same time, the TV presenter emphasized that she does not strive for excessive muscle mass or relief abs.
