It was previously reported that People's Artist of the RSFSR Lidiya Fedoseyeva-Shukshina was rushed to the hospital. The actress was experiencing high blood pressure and chest pain.
Based on the examination results, doctors decided to perform emergency surgery.
Fedoseyeva-Shukshina underwent coronary angiography and vascular cleansing.
The actress's daughter, Olga, spoke with TASS about this. She clarified that the actress will be discharged home on October 20.
"This is the most common test for cardiac vascular disease. They cleaned her vessels and confirmed the results. On Monday, I'll take her home and observe her," Olga said.
Olga also admitted that the actress's condition had recently worsened, with shortness of breath developing.
Now, following the doctors' intervention, Lidiya Fedoseyeva-Shukshina is feeling much better.
As a reminder, the actress has progressive dementia. Therefore, she no longer leaves her home on her own.
