Forty-seven-year-old Russian actor Pavel Derevyanko has explained in detail for the first time the reasons behind his decision to marry businesswoman Zoya Futs after a five-year relationship. For many fans, this news came as a surprise – the actor had previously been in a relationship with lawyer Daria Myasishcheva for over ten years, who bore him two daughters but failed to persuade him to propose.
In an interview, Derevyanko admitted that registering his marriage with Zoya was a fundamentally important step for the couple.
The actor emphasized that he viewed marriage as an act of decency and responsibility to the woman he loved. According to him, after formalizing their relationship, their union experienced positive changes – it became "calmer, more pleasant, more reliable, and more tender."
This marriage was Derevyanko's first official one, despite having children in previous relationships.
Zoya Futs has two sons from a previous marriage, and, according to Pavel, all the children have managed to establish a close bond. The actor was pleased to note that the children on both sides fully support the adults' decision to start a family, which makes their union even stronger and more harmonious.
