At the same time, the minimum rent is 231 thousand rubles, and the most expensive reaches 1.3 million rubles.
According to the company's calculations, the price growth since the beginning of the year amounted to 36%. The average area of such apartments is 164 square meters. And if you buy them, one “square meter” in them will cost 743 thousand rubles. Half of such objects of the northern capital is concentrated in Petrogradsky district, and there are most actively building new elite housing estates.
