Russian brand Louis Vuitton will be located where Louis Vuitton items were sold in St. Petersburg

Russian brand has taken over the former Louis Vuitton retail space in St. Petersburg

12 storeez positions itself as a premium brand like the previous tenant. However, due to high rental rates in the very center of the city, it will take quite a while for the new outlet to pay for itself.

The 600 square meter retail space on Nevsky Prospekt, where the Louis Vuitton brand store used to be located, is now occupied by the Russian clothing brand 12 storeez. This is the same premium brand as the previous tenant and the Babochka boutique located next door.

Ivan Khokhlov, director of 12 storeez, said the opening is scheduled for the first half of 2025. Broker of the deal NF Group noted that this retail space will feature exclusive collections that are not available in other outlets of the chain.

According to the publication “Kommersant St. Petersburg”, the exact cost of rent and the cost of opening the store is unknown, but, according to analyst Mikhail Burmistrov, it may be about 40 million rubles already invested, and the annual rent will cost another 21-28 million rubles.

It became known that carsharing services of St. Petersburg prefer to buy Chinese cars.

Most of the cheese sold in chain stores in St. Petersburg is counterfeit.
