We are talking about a two-story building with two swimming pools, built in 1995. The project will include a wide range of internal and external repair and finishing works, said Ivan Shcherbakov, head of Mosgosexpertiza.
In all rooms, workers will dismantle outdated internal partitions and floor coverings, after which they will create new structures using modern materials that meet current building codes and fire safety requirements. Then finishing works will be carried out, new door and window units will be installed, window slopes will be repaired and painted.
The swimming pools will also be modernized. In the small one, the old cladding will be completely removed, concrete surfaces will be polished, damaged areas will be restored, treated with protective compounds and the tiles will be re-laid. In the large one, the external surfaces will be updated.
During the major repairs, specialists will install a modern ventilated facade system with additional thermal insulation.
