This advanced AI-based tool reveals subtle correlations characteristic of patients with these types of diseases and identifies Moscow residents at risk of developing serious cardiovascular complications within two years. This advanced monitoring method will soon be implemented in all city clinics.

Moscow Deputy Mayor for Social Affairs Anastasia Rakova spoke about the potential of digital transformation in healthcare at the "National Healthcare 2025" congress.

Moscow experts used a generative artificial intelligence model, feeding it extensive databases of people who died from circulatory diseases. This enabled them to discover hidden patterns that led to their fatal outcomes.

Following this, data from Moscow residents' electronic medical records was analyzed to determine whether they had these markers. To date, just over 100,000 working-age citizens have been identified as being at risk of developing vascular complications within the next two years.

A special support system has been developed for at-risk patients, automatically generating individualized action plans for each patient, including additional examinations and treatment adjustments.

As part of a pilot project, this monitoring is already helping clinic doctors manage nearly 30,000 patients. The system processes all necessary information in real time, including data on doctor visits, test results, prescribed treatments, ambulance calls, and hospitalizations. Plans are underway to expand the use of this technology to all city clinics in the near future.

Moscow will be made a center for accelerated testing of AI in medicine.
