Several regions in Russia have seen gas stations start to impose restrictions on gasoline sales. In some cases, customers are allowed to purchase no more than 10-20 liters of fuel.

The commissioning process is a complex technological process requiring monitoring at every stage. To ensure safe and efficient operation of the system and prevent accidents, it is necessary to maintain hydraulic and temperature conditions in all sections of the heating network. For this reason, warming up in-building heating systems takes approximately five days.

Staging is the key principle of the entire process. Heat is supplied first to social institutions: kindergartens, schools, and hospitals. Then, heating is turned on in residential buildings, followed by office buildings, and finally to retail and industrial establishments.

Over 2,500 MOEK employees are involved in this work. Heat is supplied simultaneously to all districts of Moscow. If a residential building is connected to the same heating system as a social institution, it will receive heat slightly earlier than other buildings due to its proximity to the source and the specific network configuration. This optimizes the process and speeds up heating in some areas.

Moscow's municipal utilities department confirmed the full readiness of all systems and heating networks for the start of the heating season. More than 74,000 facilities, including over 34,000 residential buildings, are ready for the heating season, according to the press service of PJSC MOEK.

Moscow utilities are helping Luhansk and Donetsk prepare for winter.

25 commuter routes will be integrated into the Moscow transport system.
