Digitalization has transformed from a trend into a key factor in the successful development of the tourism industry, noted Leysan Minazetdinova, head of the Moscow Tourism and Hospitality Development Project Office. Citing international research, the expert emphasized that a significant portion of travelers prefer online check-in, almost half expect a personalized approach based on artificial intelligence technologies, and one in five expressed interest in using digital currencies for payments.
The event "Moscow Tourism Industry: Technology Serving Business" will provide a platform for discussing effective and in-demand technological solutions that meet the needs of the industry. Participants will receive not only valuable advice but also the opportunity to establish new business connections.
