The press service of the Department of Education and Science of Moscow informs that entrance to the festival will be free of charge. The festival is scheduled to start at 12:00 on the territory of the museum complex “Main Weapon Relics of the Army” (“G.O.R.A.”) and in Victory Park. Four thematic zones will be organized for visitors: practical, sports, career guidance and creative.
In the practical zone, participants will be able to attend interactive sessions and view expositions devoted to first aid in tactical conditions, drone control, virtual reality training and the basics of firearms training.
The sports zone will host competitions in various sports such as basketball, mini-football, handball, tag rugby, laser tag and archery, as well as master classes from sports federations, autograph sessions and meetings with famous athletes.
The career guidance zone will feature expositions from law enforcement agencies and higher education institutions that are partners of the project, as well as interactive platforms focused on choosing a future profession.
In the creative zone the guests will be able to enjoy performances of the best cadet ensembles, visit exhibitions and take memorable pictures in photo zones dedicated to folk crafts and Cossack culture. The festival will end with a musical concert with the participation of famous Russian artists at 17:00.
According to the Moscow Department of Education and Science, 236 schools in Moscow have cadet classes with over 25 thousand young cadets.
More than 10 higher education institutions of the capital replenish the student volunteer movement.
The first stage of selection for the unique expedition to Cape Chelyuskin was completed.
