An incident occurred during a funeral in Argentina. The man being buried unexpectedly returned home alive and well.
The incident occurred in the province of Tucumán. The family of 28-year-old Maximiliano Enrique Acosta believed he had died in a truck accident. His mother identified him by his clothing and other characteristics.
When the time came for the funeral, the family organized a ceremony, but unexpectedly, Acosta himself was among those who came to pay their respects.
The man said he had been drinking with a friend for several days. After sobering up, he returned home and attended his own funeral.
Police are currently determining whose remains Acosta's mother identified.
