On the instructions of the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) of the Kyrgyz Republic, Colonel General Kamchybek Tashiev, a comprehensive search operation was organized using modern technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) equipped with high-precision equipment and thermal imagers.
Despite the difficult and extreme weather conditions, characterized by strong gusts of wind, rescuers managed to obtain aerial monitoring images using thermal imaging technology.
However, a thorough analysis of the data obtained, as well as taking into account a combination of factors, including adverse weather conditions and the specifics of the climber's location, did not reveal any signs of life at the presumed location of Natalia Nagovitsyna.
Earlier it was reported that a criminal case would be opened against the travel company Ak-Sai Travel, which organized Nagovitsyna's ascent to Victory Peak, in connection with the tragic incident.
Earlier, it was reported that those injured while attempting to rescue climber Nagovitsyna were awaiting evacuation to Russia.
