A tragic incident occurred at the Taigan lion park, where a female employee who had worked at the area for nearly 17 years was killed in an attack by three lions. According to a press release, the woman entered the cage with the predators to clean, but did not properly close the deadbolt of the door between the two rooms.
As a result of this omission, the lions attacked the employee and fatally injured her.
The tragedy at Taigan was a severe blow to the entire staff of the park, where the woman had worked for almost two decades. Management and employees express sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
