Грипп В и А (H1N1) остаются ведущими и наиболее опасными среди респираторных вирусов. Об этом агентству RuNews24.ru рассказала доктор медицинских наук, специалист по вирусологии Светлана Протасова.
Эксперт отметила, что в начале зимы преобладал грипп типа А, а сейчас распространяется тип В, который протекает мягче и больше похож на обычную простуду.
Вирус А (H1N1) известен как "свиной грипп". Он вызвал пандемию в 2009-2010 годах. Он является потомком "испанки" A (H1N1), перекочевавшей к свиньям, в которых она продолжала мутировать, прежде чем вернуться к людям в 2009 году.
Вирус H1N1 сохранил часть своей "испанки". Это, пожалуй, самый опасный из всех циркулирующих в настоящее время вирусов, наряду с ковид, который имеет более мягкое течение, но все равно дает опасные осложнения. Вирус свиного гриппа может практически сразу попасть в легкие и вызвать пневмонию в течение первых 24 часов. При этом часто отсутствуют типичные признаки простуды. Его трудно лечить", - объясняет Светлана Протасова.
Среди других респираторных вирусов преобладают риновирусы, которые в основном вызывают насморк, и респираторно-синцитиальные вирусы (РС-вирусы).
