In Sochi, a model sued a beauty clinic for 3.5 million rubles for an unsuccessful plastic surgery. The victim of the plastic surgeon was Yulia Tarasova.
In December 2020, she went to "Medist", where she had an unsuccessful surgery, after which complications began. She had to correct her surgeon's mistakes in the SkinExpert clinic (Alfa-Beauty LLC). However, the girl could not regain her former beauty again.
As a result, Tarasova went to court to demand compensation for moral damage from both clinics. The girl also asked for compensation for her husband, who was also affected by "the deterioration of her health".
However, the court ruled that Tarasova's claims to OOO "Alpha-Beauty" were not justified, so it dismissed the lawsuit.
But the court recovered 3 million rubles from LLC "Medist" in favor of Julia Tarasevich and fined her 1.5 million rubles for violation of consumer rights. In favor of her husband recovered 500 thousand rubles as compensation for moral damage, reported the United Press Service of the Krasnodar Territory courts.
