He clarified that immersing yourself in the news can ruin your mood.

According to the specialist, this can ruin your mood.

"Don't waste time on that stupid phone, spend it on yourself. And you'll thank yourself," the doctor advised on the "About the Most Important Thing" program on the Rossiya 1 channel.

Myasnikov also emphasized the importance of maintaining a sleep schedule and going to bed on time. This will allow the body time to rest and recover, ensuring a smooth awakening.
