"Don't waste time on that stupid phone, spend it on yourself. And you'll thank yourself," the doctor advised on the "About the Most Important Thing" program on the Rossiya 1 channel.
Myasnikov also emphasized the importance of maintaining a sleep schedule and going to bed on time. This will allow the body time to rest and recover, ensuring a smooth awakening.
To start the day off right, Myasnikov recommended doing at least ten minutes of exercise.
The doctor also emphasized the importance of eating breakfast in the morning, as it gets the body going and helps prevent overeating during the day.
