The main mistake made by people with hypertension is irregular use of medications prescribed by a doctor. This was told by Svetlana Myasnikova, a general practitioner, chief physician of the treatment and diagnostic center “Zdorovye”.
In the podcasts of “53 news” the specialist warned, as soon as a patient with hypertension skips taking the medicine, his vessels and heart are left unprotected.
“When you drink - you help, when you don't - you don't protect the organs,” Myasnikova explained.
