In department noted that this indicator is lower than last year in 1,36 times.
Most of all suffered in Pyshminsky, Irbit, Talitsky, Reftinsky, Tugulymsky, Novolyalinsky, Tavdinsky urban districts, and also in Baikalovsky, Alapaevsky and Slobodo-Turinsky areas. There is a high level of stings in Karpinsk, Degtyarsk and Verkhoturye.
In Yekaterinburg since the beginning of the season 3735 citizens who suffered from tick bites applied for medical help.
"In medical organizations of the region with a preliminary diagnosis of "tick-borne viral encephalitis" 46 people were hospitalized, with a diagnosis of "tick-borne ixodic borreliosis" - 130 people", - specified in the department.
Rospotrebnadzor reminded that it is possible to fight effectively against diseases transmitted by ticks only with the help of timely vaccination.
