Overall, fruit and vegetable products became cheaper by an average of 2.3% over the period. Other vegetables also fell in price: cucumbers became cheaper by 5.5%, white cabbage - by 5.3%, onions - by 2.3%. Bananas (by 1.9%), tomatoes (by 1.8%) and carrots (by 0.5%) have also become more affordable. The exception was apples, the price of which increased by 1.6%.
In addition to vegetables, there was a decrease in prices for chicken eggs (by 1.3%), canned meat for baby food (by 0.5%), butter, sugar and millet (by 0.3%). Chicken meat and sunflower oil fell in price by 0.2%, while sausages, pasteurized milk, sour cream, wheat flour, buckwheat and rice - by 0.1%.
At the same time, the cost of dinners in public catering and margarine increased (by 0.3%). Frozen fish, cottage cheese, bread, canned vegetables for baby food, black tea and cookies rose in price by 0.2%.
Sausages, wieners, ultra-pasteurized milk, milk powder for baby food, pasta, vermicelli, salt and vodka added 0.1%.
