The total turnover of the dentistry industry in Russia will grow by 26% in 2024. The reason is the increase in transactions by 15% and the average check by 10%, up to 8 thousand rubles, with reference to “T-Business” wrote “Kommersant”.
The “Check Index” calculated that last year the number of checks for dental services in Russia increased by 17%, the turnover of clinics - by 36%.
According to Ilya Ivaninsky, partner of the audit company “Yakov and Partners”, Russians have started to spend more on dentists' services, beauty salons and medicine due to the growth of income. In 2024, the beauty and health industry was the leader in the growth of services. The number of purchases in beauty salons in the country became more by 14%, specified in the “Check Index”.
Revenues of dentists increased more noticeably in the regions. The leaders in turnover growth were Bryansk (+54%), Smolensk (+53%) and Penza (+51%) regions.
Kalmykia (by 54%), Ulyanovsk region (by 50%) and Perm region (by 45%) were leading in the number of purchases. Experts believe that the market of dentists' services will continue to grow due to inflation. According to analysts' forecasts, in 2025 it will amount to 800-840 billion rubles (+12-18%).
