The second and third positions are occupied by Lada cars - Granta and Vesta, costing 1.05 million and 1.68 million rubles, respectively.
The fourth place in the rating is occupied by Haval Jolion with a price of Br2.5 million, and the fifth position is occupied by another Lada model - Niva Legend, the average cost of which is Br1.06 million.
The top ten most sought-after cars also include the Changan CS55Plus (Br2.75 million), Lada Niva Travel (Br1.33 million), Haval M6 (Br2.23 million), Omoda S5 (Br2.34 million) and Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max (Br2.88 million).
According to Avtostat, the weighted average cost of new passenger cars in Russia exceeded three million rubles in August. In the last month of summer, Russians spent about 450 billion rubles to buy cars, which is 11% more than in July.
