St. Petersburg authorities achieved the demolition of stalls in Apraksinny Dvor

Owners of stalls in Apraksinny Dvor demolished them by court order

Since the company that owned these trading pavilions ignored the court decision and fines, bailiffs were involved in the case. Only the prospect of a criminal case forced it to comply.

The press service of the St. Petersburg Department of the Federal Bailiff Service reported that by the decision of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, the retail outlets recognized as illegal were liquidated in Apraksinny Dvor. The company that owns them was supposed to dismantle them on its own, but did not do so.

Before the bailiff service intervened in the situation, the company was fined twice, first for 30 thousand rubles, and then for 50 thousand rubles. The owner was also obliged to pay an enforcement fee of 50 thousand rubles. Only after the authorities threatened with criminal liability, the pavilions were dismantled. After all the work was done, the bailiffs were provided with a photo report and other documents.

In January, the authorities of St. Petersburg dismantled the trading rows with souvenirs, located near the Church of the Savior on Blood. And in early February, the St. Petersburg Committee for the Improvement of St. Petersburg stated that the trade in paintings near the entrance to St. Catherine's Church violated local and federal laws.

Despite the disturbing footage, Mostotrest SPbU assures that the bridge is safe for use by pedestrians and vehicles.

“For pedestrians and vehicles, the bridge is not dangerous. There will be no restriction of traffic. The communications themselves will be fixed by another system”, - reported in ‘Mostotrest’ ‘Fontanka’. It is emphasized that the visible damage concerns transit communications, not the supporting structures of the bridge.

Shkipersky Bridge is included in the reconstruction plans within the framework of the project of the Western High-Speed Diameter (WHSD) exit.

Meanwhile, 10 electric scooter drivers were hospitalized in St. Petersburg last weekend, and Verkhny Beach for 206 million rubles in St. Petersburg looks sad after winter.
