The benefit, introduced in 2022, is aimed at supporting large sports facilities such as multi-purpose sports complexes, soccer stadiums and tennis centers. This year the list of facilities was expanded, new large sports complexes, soccer arenas and Europe's largest tennis center were added to the register. According to Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow and Head of the Department, the annual savings for the owners of these facilities will amount to more than 2 billion rubles.
In order for an object to qualify for the privilege, it must meet certain requirements: its area must exceed 8 thousand square meters, and the object itself must be included in the All-Russian register of sports objects. After confirmation of all criteria, the facility can be included in the register, and the benefit will begin to operate from the date of compliance with the conditions, but not earlier than January 1, 2022.
This year the register was replenished with 20 new sports facilities in Moscow.
Earlier in Moscow, an expert council was created for the development of exact sciences in schools. Also in 2025 the number of free IVF procedures in Moscow will increase by 50%.
