According to one of the victims, the tragic events unfolded on March 23 when Rayna Tours, the tour company responsible for organizing the flight, neglected elementary safety rules and failed to properly brief the passengers. As a result of the fall from a height, the Russian women suffered numerous injuries, including concussion, head contusions, broken ribs and pelvic bones, and are still recovering.

After the incident, Rayna Tours representatives contacted the victims in the hospital and paid for their treatment, promising also to reimburse the cost of the disrupted trip and plane tickets. However, according to the Russian women, full compensation was paid only to the mother, while the daughter had to pay for the change of the departure date herself. In addition, the travel agency has not yet returned the money for the tour itself, which cost them 50 thousand rubles for two people.

Currently, the circumstances of the incident are being investigated by the UAE law enforcement authorities, a criminal case has been opened. It is noteworthy that despite the tragedy, the company Rayna Tours continues to offer flights on balloons, which causes resentment and indignation among the victims.

Meanwhile, Russia continues to search for thousands of missing minors, and Crimean schoolchildren danced on the grave.
