During communication, the attacker calls all the personal data of the victim - his full name, address, and then says that the victim allegedly hacked or blocked the account on "Gosuslugi". In order to regain access to a personal page, the likely victim is offered to call technical support and tell the phone number, writes TASS.

The person, having got into a stressful situation, fulfills all the requirements of fraudsters.
