Islamic State* claimed responsibility for the Kabul attack

The attack on a military hospital in Kabul became known on November 2. Hamdullah Mokhlis, commander of Taliban forces,** was killed in the explosion.

Islamic State (a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation) claimed responsibility for the attack in Kabul on November 2. The AFP news agency reported about it.

There were two explosions in the tenth district of the Afghan capital on November 2. In particular, there was an explosion near a military hospital. After the explosions, there was an exchange of fire inside the hospital.

RIA Novosti with reference to its source in the group reports that one of the victims of the attack was the commander of the Taliban forces, Hamdullah Mohlis. A total of 23 people were reportedly killed and 50 others injured.
