This information was shared in the department for organizing the fight against the illegal use of information and communication technologies (UBK) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

A pensioner receives a call from an unknown person pretending to be an employee of the Pension Fund. During communication, the attacker calls all the personal data of the victim - his full name, address, and then says that the victim allegedly hacked or blocked the account on "Gosuslugi". In order to regain access to a personal page, the likely victim is offered to call technical support and tell the phone number, writes TASS.

After that, another fraudster on behalf of the technical service informs that the account data on "Gosuslugi" tried to take possession of fraudsters, and it is necessary to contact the police. After a while, the pensioner receives a call from a pseudo-law enforcement officer, who offers to transfer the money to a safe account to save it. The person, having got into a stressful situation, fulfills all the requirements of fraudsters.

In the Ministry of internal Affairs calls for caution in connection with the new fraud scheme.
