France, Hungary and Slovakia will send representatives to Putin's inauguration
The European Union has split among members of the political bloc over the issue of Russian President Vladimir Putin's presence at the inauguration. Some intend to send their representatives, while others oppose it, the German newspaper Spiegel reported.
The publication noted that there are significant disagreements within the EU over how to properly handle invitations to the ceremony marking the start of Vladimir Putin's fifth term in office.
