The parties to the conflict in Libya signed an agreement on a permanent ceasefire on October 23 in Geneva with the participation of the joint Libyan commission "5+5." The UN called this agreement "historical."
In Libya, all roads will be opened, airspace will become available. The Sabha - the administrative capital of southern Libya - will also become open.
The agreement also provides for the return of all armed groups on the front line to camps. All foreign military will be withdrawn - three months are given for this.
However, the agreement does not apply to terrorist organizations specified by the UN.
