The president-elect said that the country will fight with the new administration for leadership in the world.
During a broadcast on his Twitter page, Joseph Biden said that after his inauguration, Washington would stop avoiding the world community and instead seek to lead it. Biden announced his readiness to "challenge opponents and not reject allies."
Biden also introduced members of his team - key candidates for posts in foreign policy and US national security.
In the November presidential election, US Democratic candidate Joseph Biden was recognized as the winner, despite the non-recognition of Republican incumbent President Donald Trump.
