Billionaire Ilon Musk has denied reports by The Wall Street Journal, which wrote about his intentions to provide about $45 million a month to a new political committee supporting former US leader Donald Trump's presidential campaign.
According to Musk, he never said he would give Trump 45 million a month. This is not consistent with reality. He revealed this in an interview published in X.
Musk added that he only created a committee aimed at supporting candidates who are in favor of democracy and personal freedom.
