Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that he does not exclude the possibility of resigning if it could save the country.
He added that this was his last mandate. If there is a need to save the state and buy some time, Vucic would "not hesitate".
The Serbian leader stressed that he lives for his country and is its soldier, so he would do what is in the interest of the state "at a certain point".
In his speech, Aleksandar Vucic added that the conflict in Ukraine has caused enormous pressure from the West on Serbia. The main reason is that the country is "in full view" because of the refusal to impose sanctions against Russia and because of the incidents with Kosovo.
Recall that Vucic has been president of the country since 2017. Previously, he served as Serbia's Minister of Information and Defense and as a Prime Minister.
