Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergic and Infectious Diseases and Chief Infectious Disease Specialist of the United States, warned that the situation with the new coronavirus in the United States could worsen this winter. The reasons for this prognosis are weakened immunity and the activity of the “Delta” strain.

Fauci stressed that unvaccinated citizens are the most vulnerable, while, he said, the number of cases of infection after vaccination will also increase.

On November 10, 11 US states filed a lawsuit against compulsory vaccinations ordered earlier by US President Joseph Biden. According to the order, employees of companies with more than 100 staff must be vaccinated. The appellate court suspended this order.
