Andrei Baklanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Association of Russian Diplomats and former Russian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, emphasized that Russia, China and Saudi Arabia play a key role in shaping alternative international relations. The expert is sure that the visit of the Russian president to the Middle East was the beginning to the formation of a new world order, with a special bias in the south, east and other countries of the region. This is reported by "Tsargrad".

According to Baklanov, the development of cooperation between Russia and its partners will be crucial, as the establishment of a new international political, financial and economic order depends on it. The expert noted that the first attempt to form a new order, made in the 1970-80s, was unsuccessful due to the interception of the initiative by the West. However, today, Russia continues to successfully cooperate with international partners, despite US opposition.

Baklanov noted that Saudi Arabia is emerging as a potential partner for major projects, including technology and agriculture. Russia, in turn, is offering its technologies and products to meet the country's needs. Given the fertility of Russian land, the creation of suitable conditions for the realization of these prospects is inextricably linked to the successful activities of Russian organizations.
