In the UK until the end of December there will be strikes of thousands of workers in various spheres. This will lead to problems for millions of Britons and disruptions in the work of institutions, wrote the publication The Telegraph.

Ambulance workers, nurses, maritime and road transport workers, teachers, railway workers, letter carriers, bank employees and other sectors intend to strike until Christmas.

According to The Telegraph, the chaos will be felt every day. The piece says that the true extent of the protests will be worse, because the strike was supported by the civil servants' union, but they have not yet agreed on a date. It includes employees of passport offices, the National Highway Administration, and border patrol officers.

The unions are demanding wage increases in the face of rising inflation. According to the British government, the decision to hold strikes instead of negotiations will destabilize the lives of millions of citizens.
