Tourists cancelled 30% of trips to Crimea and Sevastopol due to new restrictions

Experts recorded that Russians began to refuse to travel to the Crimea and Sevastopol after the introduction of coronavirus restrictions.

According to the general director of tour operator Sergey Romashkin, about 30% of tours in the Crimea and Sevastopol were cancelled after the introduction of new restrictions. Obviously, these are tourists who have not been vaccinated and bought tours earlier, Vesti Krym (Crimea News) reports.

Moreover, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad region were the leaders in cancellation of tours.

Earlier, the authorities of the Crimea and Sevastopol imposed severe restrictions due to the worsening epidemic situation on the peninsula.
